Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return.
Package Your Timepiece
Place the watch in its original presentation box with all manuals and warranty cards, ensuring it is securely packed for transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box.
Receive Your Refund
Once our horologists inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
